Job Title: CRM and Business Systems Lead (HubSpot)Location: Ruislip (Hybrid)Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + BenefitsThe RoleWe re looking for a hands-on CRM and Systems Lead to take ownership of this amazing organisations core platforms, with a strong focus on HubSpot.This is a high-impact role where you ll drive system improvements, streamline processes, and help the business get the most out of its technology.You ll work across sales, marketing, and operations acting as the go-to expert for systems, automation, and data.What You ll Be Doing Own and optimise HubSpot CRM (workflows, pipelines, reporting)Identify and implement automation to improve efficiencyPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutionsImprove data quality, reporting, and visibility across teamsManage integrations and external system providersSupport and train users across the business What We re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (essential)Background in CRM, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Systems rolesExperience improving processes and implementing automationConfident working with stakeholders across different teamsAnalytical mindset with a focus on practical solutions Nice to Have Experience with Synergist or similar toolsExposure to integrations / APIsReporting or BI experience Why Join Real ownership of systems (not just admin work)Visible impact across the businessGrowing company with progression opportunitiesHybrid working + strong benefits package W What You Need to ..... full job details .....
