Your job as Injection Mould Setter:Reporting into the Facilities and Maintenance Engineer, providing technical support to maximise the efficiencies of production activities on the night shift.To ensure that all tool changes / set-ups are carried out with the minimum machine downtime possible.Implement machine start-ups using setting sheets / stored data, in order to achieve target cycle times and specified quality standards in the shortest possible time following the specified first off / Last off procedures.Carry out machine set-up, purging and remedial duties in accordance with Production management priorities. Set-up and adjust as necessary ancillary equipment, including conveyors, mould heaters and any other process related equipment to maximise operating efficiency. To ensure Line Clearance and Material Batch traceability is carried out and maintained, paying particular attention to the moulding of Medical Device components. ..... full job details .....
