Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + Package

About the Role
Our client is an established high-end residential main contractor delivering exceptional refurbishment, restoration and bespoke residential projects across London and the Home Counties. They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who understands the commercial complexities of luxury residential construction.
Working closely with the operational team, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through final account while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Responsibilities

• Take full commercial responsibility for multiple high-end residential projects.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and valuations.
• Manage procurement and subcontract packages.
• Negotiate subcontract agreements.
• Produce monthly CVRs.
• Manage variations and change control.
• Prepare interim applications and final accounts.
• Forecast project costs and cash flow.
• Monitor project profitability.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support Project Managers throughout delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Ensure projects remain commercially successful.
• Mentor junior commercial staff where required.
• Attend client and commercial meetings.

• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• High-end residential experience is essential.
• Experience delivering luxury refurbishment and bespoke residential projects.
• Strong contractual knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Experience managing multiple live projects.
• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
