Warehouse Operative (Goods In)

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a friendly, family-run business based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work, with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
 
The Role
This is a varied warehouse position with a strong focus on Goods In, ensuring deliveries are received, checked and stored accurately. You'll also support other warehouse functions including order picking and packing.


Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and booking in deliveries. 
• Checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy and quality. 
• Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations. 
• Picking customer orders accurately & packing ready for dispatch. 

• Previous warehouse experience, particularly within a Goods In role, would be advantageous. 
• Good attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Reliable with a strong work ethic. 
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
