This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in steering committees and produce status reports. We need a hands-on delivery specialist who can roll their sleeves up, tackle challenges head-on, and bring structure, pace, and accountability to a complex implementation. The project requires a strong personality. Someone who can confidently manage senior stakeholders, challenge where necessary, and take ownership of delivering outcomes. We are looking for an individual with a few battle scars from previous Workday programmes who knows how to navigate difficult situations and keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of a Workday Financials implementation programme. Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, risks, issues, and dependencies.
