Job description We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Manager to lead all activities within the IT department and ensure the efficient operation of the company s network, client services, databases, and IT equipment. Working closely with department managers, you will identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT services, including business intelligence, balancing speed and quality of delivery with a strong commercial focus. The role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, programme and project management capability, and effective leadership to successfully deliver key infrastructure and software initiatives. As a clear and confident communicator, you will be able to translate complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will have proven experience managing an IT team of similar scale and complexity, alongside a strong track record in project management and the delivery of major infrastructure transformation projects.
