The Role As a key member of the commercial property team, you''ll handle a diverse and high-quality caseload that includes: Acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing of commercial property Leases and renewals, acting for both landlords and tenants Conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, and development agreements Deeds of easement and other ancillary property documentation Commercial lease work including negotiation, subletting, and surrenders Landlord and tenant matters across a range of sectors Alongside your fee-earning work, you''ll play an active role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, and other professional referrers.
