Construction Administrator ( on site )We are looking for an on site Construction Administrator to join our client on a commercial installation project in Birmingham starting asap. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading mechanical and electrical contractor working on an exciting mixed use development. This is for an immediate start with flexible hours. Initial contract duration 12 months.Role DetailsCommercial construction project/ mixed use development36-40 hours per week- flexible hours to discuss- ideally 9am start or earlier, 3pm finish on FridayPackage 22/25k depending on experience/ qualifications 12 months + duration Work Will IncludeMS Office and systemsComplete QA forms daily to finalise construction phases/ areas working with contractor systems and platformsData entry/ documentation provided to project manager and site teamsLogging of site deliveries and paperworkCommissioning forms and testing/ handoverGeneral day to day admin dutiesRequirementsCSCS card- as this role is working on a live construction project you will need a CSCS card. We can support getting this.
