Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a leading Accident Repair Centre based in Hoddesdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to become part of a highly reputable bodyshop, working with the latest equipment in a modern environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer and insurance standards
• Repairing accident-damaged vehicles using modern repair techniques
• Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers, and Workshop Controllers to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensuring all repairs are completed accurately, on time, and in line with Health & Safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an Accident Repair Centre
• ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable (but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
• Full UK Driving Licence
