Veterinary Surgeon - Towerwood Vets at IVC Evidensia UKThis opportunity is for a Veterinary Surgeon to join Towerwood Vets in Cookridge, West Yorkshire. You will have access to a varied caseload including a mix of consults and surgery, with the role tailored to your clinical interests and development. We prioritise our people with careful diary management, a flexible rota and a strong focus on communication, wellbeing and teamwork.Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload including consultations and surgical cases, with opportunities to weight towards your preferences.Supportive, structured diary management and a collaborative team environment.Adhere to a flexible rota with no out-of-hours requirements for this role; participate in a shared weekend rota (currently 1 in 6: 9-6 Saturday, 9-12 Sunday).Full-time role of 40 hours per week, with options for part-time applications.Work life balance and Team

We offer a flexible approach to rota patterns and hours to support work-life balance. Our team comprises 7 full-time Vets, 10 RVNs, 3 ACAs and 4 SVNs, plus a Practice Manager and a dedicated reception team. The Clinical Director supports wellbeing, personal and professional development, and regular one-to-one time to review progress.About us

We are located in picturesque North West Leeds with strong travel links near Leeds Bradford Airport and convenient access to Leeds, Harrogate and York. The practice houses 5 fully equipped consultation rooms, a prep room and theatre, separate wards, and a second branch with additional facilities.Development and Benefits
