This is a technical implementation role: you will work directly with the business and either Halo or the System Integrator to configure, build and integrate the platform - translating requirements into working solutions.The focus is entirely on the tool. We need someone who lives and breathes Halo - not a process consultant, not an incident manager, but a platform builder.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Act as the primary technical SME for the Halo platform throughout the implementation.* Configure and build out the Halo environment: incident, problem, change, and configuration management modules.* Translate business requirements directly into platform actions - own that end-to-end.* Manage and deliver platform integrations with third-party systems.* Work closely with Halo or the appointed System Integrator to drive delivery.* Provide hands-on platform expertise to support testing, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.* Support architecture decisions where relevant - but always anchored to what the platform needs to do.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS* Hands-on, proven experience implementing the Halo ITSM platform.* Fully-fledged ITSM specialist - incident, problem, change, CMDB and platform configuration.* Ability to take requirements and ..... full job details .....
