3 months with possibility of extension, 36 hours per weekNote: This role would require office attendance 2 days per week.Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality legal advice across a range of matters with a particular focus on commercial property transactions, regeneration projects and development work.Manage a substantial caseload with minimal supervision, contributing to the authority’s strategic priorities while maintaining the highest professional standards.Key Requirements

A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a current practising certificateMinimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property, regeneration, or development lawStrong drafting, negotiating, and communication skillsProven ability to work independently while being a strong team playerExperience of working in or with local authorities is desirableIf this opportunity is of interest, please reach out to Lloyd Stanley on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).
