A well-established construction company based in Angus, are looking to welcome a full-time administrator to their team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work to tight deadlines and rely on their own initiative.
Key Duties
- Sending out tender enquires to sub-contractors and chasing when appropriate.
- Preparing purchase orders from material requisition.
- Occasionally obtaining prices for materials.
- Completing spreadsheets for various returns.
- Collating paperwork from sites and returning within the deadline.
- Coding timesheets for payroll.
- Chasing deliveries that are late.
- Informing sites, stores and supervisors of deliveries due to be delivered.
- Keep drawing registers up to date.
- Preparing reports for weekly meetings.
- Helping with inputting delivery notes and purchase invoices to cover holidays.
- New site administration preparation including H&S files, first aid kits etc.
- Any other general admin duties as required.
Key Skills
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident working on own initiative.
- Adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
- A knowledge of Pegasus Opera is a bonus.
