The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced, passionateand driven General Manager to lead the front-of-house team and oversee daily operations. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a premium hospitality environment and is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of service, financial performanceandnbsp;and team culture.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide inspirational leadership to the front-of-house team, fostering a positive, professionalandnbsp;and motivated working environment.
  • Manage all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery from lunch through to evening dining and special events.
  • Uphold and enhance the venue''s reputation for exceptional guest experience, handling feedback with grace and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control, stock managementand strategic initiatives to increase average spend and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef/Kitchen team to ensure perfect synergy between kitchen and front-of-house operations.
  • Oversee staffing, including recruitment, training, rotasandnbsp;and performance development.
  • Manage supplier relationships, admin processes and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Play a key role in marketing and promotional activities to attract new guests and nurture loyalty.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:


  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Restaurant Manager within a high-quality restaurant or hospitality venue.
  • A genuine passion for fine food, wine and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in budgeting, Pandamp;L understanding and driving profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to train, develop and inspire a team.
  • Impeccable communication and problem-solving abilities.
