Here at South Thames Colleges Group, we are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support the activities associated with the recruitment and onboarding of staff and agency workers. Working closely with the Head of HR (Staff Recruitment and Onboarding), the Staff Recruitment and Onboarding Manager, and the Staff Recruitment Co-ordinator, you''ll perform administrative duties in support of the HR function and the processes associated with the delivery of the recruitment and onboarding service.You''ll liaise with new starters and managers, ensuring that a timely onboarding service is delivered and that information is available regarding planned start dates and progress of compliance checks prior to an individual''s commencement. You''ll ensure that all information relating to the required compliance checks (including agency compliance information) is entered on our HR System and that any onboarding information is added for new starters and you''ll provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding and compliance.As our Human Resources Advisor, we''d like you to have experience of working in a HR administration, generalist or recruitment and onboarding focused role.
