Learning Support Assistant - SEN Setting
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our teams across Primary, KS3, KS4 and Sixth Form. Supporting students with addtional needs - Autism , ADHD , Speech and Language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers, fellow LSAs and therapists to support pupils'' learning, progress and wellbeing.
- Provide learning support within the classroom and, where appropriate, in alternative learning environments.
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access the curriculum, engage in learning and experience success.
- Build positive and trusting relationships that promote wellbeing, independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
- Promote inclusive practice and contribute to a calm, safe and supportive learning environment.
- Support the development of pupils'' communication, social and emotional skills.
- Provide personal care support where required, in line with training and procedures.
- Contribute to planning, record-keeping and the delivery of targeted interventions to support pupil progress.

- Have experience in SEN (desirable but not essential).

Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
