We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client in a key account management role, overseeing the successful delivery of technical services across two major customer accounts.This is not a business development or new business position. Instead, you will focus on building strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will combine commercial awareness with operational excellence to ensure service performance aligns with contractual obligations.
