Location: Swansea-site basedPay: Circa 15 per hourDuration 2 weeks, with potential to be extendedHours: Full-timeStart Date: ASAP Are you an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator available immediately? We''re looking for a proactive HR professional to provide short-term support to a busy People team in Swansea. This is a hands-on, fast-paced temporary assignment where you''ll be supporting the Wales People Partners with a range of employee lifecycle administration duties. This role is primarily office-based, allowing you to work closely with the team and quickly get up to speed. Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing probationary review letters and associated administrationManaging sickness absence administration, including trigger letters and documentationTyping and formatting meeting notesMaintaining accurate employee recordsSupporting the People team with general HR administrationAssisting with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator roleConfident producing HR correspondence and maintaining accurate recordsStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsComfortable working at pace and managing multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and OutlookAble to hit the ground running with minimal supervisionWhat''s on Offer?Circa 15 per hourImmediate start availableFull-time hoursFriendly and supportive HR teamOpportunity to gain experience ..... full job details .....
