With multiple sites in the pipeline, alongside a number of live developments, they are looking to appoint a driven and detail-oriented Document Controller to join the team and help manage the growing workload. Working alongside a well-respected Technical Lead, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project/Site Administrator looking to take the next step in their career, or for an established Document Controller who is keen to further develop their skills. Key Responsibilities Document Management: Distribute and maintain accurate records of all project documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications. EDMS Administration: Oversee the daily running of the internal Electronic Document Management System (Asite), ensuring all items are correctly classified, named, version-controlled, and quality-checked. Workflow Monitoring: Monitor workflow progress and assist Technical Managers in identifying delays or bottlenecks in document reviews and approvals. Reporting: Generate regular progress reports on document uploads, approvals, outstanding reviews, workflow status, and raised forms, highlighting any delivery risks.
