Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Work 1:1 or in small groups to help children access learning

• Support with social and emotional development

• Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual needs

• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Promote inclusion within the classroom and wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting

• Confidence providing 1:1 support in the classroom

• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
