The business delivers projects for a number of leading care providers and is involved throughout the development process, including design, planning, engineering, construction and site delivery. It has completed more than 100 care projects, with over 9,000 beds completed or currently under construction. A large proportion of its work comes from repeat clients. Due to a growing workload, they are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee projects across Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and West Sussex. Projects typically range from £5 million to £20 million and are mainly delivered under traditional contracts, with some Design and Build schemes. The Contracts Manager will normally oversee three or four projects, depending on their size and stage. You will work closely with the construction teams from the early design and planning stages through to completion. The Role Managing three or four care-home projects across the region.
