From one-to-one coaching and group workshops through to video guides, documentation and e-learning content, you''ll play a key role in driving learning and development across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver IT training to staff, including new starter inductions.Conduct one-to-one training sessions, both in person and remotely.Deliver departmental and group training workshops.Regularly visit office locations to provide floor-walking support and guidance.Arrange external training courses and venues where required.Develop, maintain and administer the company''s Learning Management System.
