This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior CRM Executive to take ownership of customer communications and play a key role in driving retention, repeat purchase and long-term customer value.The Senior CRM Executive will be hands on with day to day CRM delivery while also shaping strategy, automation and testing. The Role:As Senior CRM Executive, you will be responsible for email and SMS communications across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring every message is relevant, on brand and performance driven.
