This non-patient-facing role is central to driving medicines optimisation, quality improvement, and education support within urgent primary care services.Working alongside the Lead Clinical Pharmacist and a range of multidisciplinary teams, you''ll help shape and deliver safe, effective, and value-based use of medicines across their services.Role Requirements:Supporting the development and delivery of medicines optimisation initiativesLeading day-to-day medicines stock control and procurementContributing to and conducting medicine safety auditsHelping develop protocols, SOPs, and quality improvement processesDelivering and supporting training and induction programmes for staffEnsuring compliance with MHRA, GPhC, and national guidanceSupporting controlled drug governance, discrepancy resolution and safe disposalSkills and Experience required Registered Pharmacy Technician (GPhC) with NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences2+ years'' experience in a pharmacy technician roleStrong knowledge of stock management, medicine safety, and audit processesConfident using IT systems and digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, SystmOne, ePACT2, PrescQIPP - a plus)Great communication, organisation, and time-management skillsExperience working in ..... full job details .....
