Role Overview:

As a KS3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to children in year 7 andamp; 8. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher with delivering engaging lessons
• Work closely with individual students or small groups to provide targeted assistance
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Assist in the preparation and organisation of educational materials
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage a love for learning

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) desired but not essential
• Previous experience working with Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 students is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
