They''re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex HRSD and employee experience programmes for enterprise clients. This is not a PM role centred around chasing actions and updating project plans. You''ll take genuine ownership of delivery, working closely with senior client stakeholders, HR leaders, architects, functional consultants and technical teams to take ServiceNow HR programmes from mobilisation through to successful implementation. You''ll be responsible for keeping complex, multi-workstream programmes moving, providing structure and governance while also understanding enough about ServiceNow HRSD and HR transformation to challenge decisions, manage client expectations and contribute credibly to wider solution discussions.
