Salary: Weekday £14.12, Weekend £15.12, Overtime £16.12, Bank Holiday £21.18 per hour The Role We are a well-regarded residential home based in Littlehampton and are seeking a creative, reliable, and compassionate Wellbeing Practitioner to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will plan, organise, and deliver a varied programme of activities designed to enrich the daily lives of our residents. You will work closely with the care team to ensure activities are person-centred, meaningful, and tailored to each resident''s interests, abilities, and wellbeing needs. This is a hands-on, rewarding position where you will play an important part in supporting residents to live fulfilling, engaging lives and remain connected to their families, friends, and the wider community.
