Due to volume, they are looking for a part time Bookkeeper to support their resident accountant with all elements of transactional finance. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Day-to-day bookkeeping and processing a high volume of invoicesGeneral ledger and bank reconciliationsChasing PO numbers and matching on accountancy softwareSupport with month-end and billing processes where necessaryAd-hoc chasing of debtors The person:Vastly experienced in accounts and bookkeepingA strong working knowledge of SAGE and ExcelLooking for part time workAbility to communicate professionally with internal colleaguesExcellent attention to detail and a no job too small work ethic A fantastic opportunity for a part time Bookkeeper looking for something to keep them busy on a 2 or 3 day a week basis in a really nice organisation.
