Main purpose of the role: The Team Leader plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within the service while providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to the staff team. Working closely with the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager, you will lead shifts, support and mentor Residential Support Workers, and help ensure that individuals receive consistent, safe, and dignified care. You will act as a positive role model, supporting best practice, professional standards, and a calm, supportive environment.
