As Deputy Home Manager you will bring clinical expertise and positive, people focused leadership. This position will play a key part in supporting the home''s continued success, working alongside an experienced Clinical Lead who has grown with the service and leads a stable, well established nursing team.We would welcome applications not only from experienced Deputy Managers but also from exceptional Clinical Leads or Unit Managers looking to step up into a senior leadership role.This is a fully supernumerary position, with clinical support required only in emergency or last minute situations.
