This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our organisation, ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, every time.About the RoleAs Payroll Manager, you will lead the accurate processing and administration of payroll and pensions across the business. This is a hands-on role where your expertise and attention to detail will be essential. You will work closely with the Director of Personnel and Finance Manager to deliver a seamless, compliant, and efficient payroll service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full monthly payroll cycle for all employeesProcess salary payments, P45 information, student loans, NI, and back paymentsEnsure accurate processing and verification of monthly timesheetsCoordinate and distribute payslips to employeesComplete annual HMRC submissions and ensure compliance with all payroll regulationsSupport the Finance Manager with Pension End of Year Certificates and submissions to TPS and LGPSPrepare and submit re-employment, retirement, and other pension-related formsEnsure accurate employee and employer pension contributions and monthly deductionsMaintain staff records for Private Health SchemesKeep up to date with payroll legislation ..... full job details .....
