Do you have credit control experience along with strong Excel skills?We''re pleased to be recruiting for a pro-active and solution driven Credit Controller, based in Ely.This position is initially 6 months on a temporary basis, working 4 or 5 days per week, on a hybrid basis between office and home.In this varied role, you''ll be:Manage your own customer portfolio, including creating new customer accounts and updating existing ones.Perform month-end closing tasks such as calculating bad debt accruals and reconciling suspense accounts.Conduct creditworthiness checks.Proactively contact customers with outstanding balances and prioritise follow-ups accordingly.Collaborate closely with internal departments.Investigate and monitor disputed claims.
