Working primarily with students who face barriers to mainstream education, our coaching focuses not only on core subjects, but also on building confidence, engagement, and long-term success.

We’re currently expanding our team and are looking for an experienced, passionate tutor who want to make a real difference.

We are working with a student at a KS1 and if you have the skills to support with vocabulary development, fine motor skills, or SEND needs , we’d love to hear from you.

The Role: As a self-employed tutor, you will: Deliver 1:1 sessions, usually in person Support a student moving into KS1 Tailor sessions to individual learning needs and styles Submit brief session feedback and track student progress Maintain clear, professional communication with High Impact Academic Coaching''s coordination team We’re Looking For: Individuals with a calm, patient, and supportive approach Confident, self-motivated professionals who can work independently A genuine passion for helping young people succeed A clear enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) You Will Need: Access to your own transport (sessions are delivered face-to-face in the community or in homes) Flexibility during school hours or after school (we work with your availability) To be registered as self-employed (you’ll invoice monthly for hours worked) Why Work With Us: Flexible working to fit around your existing commitments Rewarding, meaningful work with young people who need your support Ongoing communication and support from our experienced team Competitive hourly rate (discussed on application) How to Apply: Please submit your CV to us.
