Assistant Brand Manager , you’ll be hands-on in building the brand’s presence, supporting everything from social media campaigns and influencer outreach to inspiring product days with distributors. One week you could be working on packaging artwork with designers, the next, helping prepare for a retail launch in the Netherlands or curating PR boxes that bring the brand’s personality to life.You’ll touch on three core areas of brand building:Innovation

Has a Marketing degree (or similar) and ideally some early brand/marketing experience.Brings curiosity, energy, and a “roll up your sleeves” mindset.Is a foodie, genuinely interested in Japanese cuisine and food culture.Is organised and detail-focused but also creative and entrepreneurial.This is a unique opportunity to
