Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Chelmsford Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00Salary: 45K - 60K dependant on experience As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. You will engage target audiences and drive business growth through diverse marketing channels. Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of five, promoting a high-performance culture.Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.Oversee multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital ads) to generate leads.Analyse performance and optimise strategies to improve engagement and conversion.Conduct market research to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge.Manage budgets and collaborate with third-party agencies for effective campaign execution.
