HR ER Caseworker

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR ER Caseworker on a Permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relations matters within my clients organisation. What''s on offer:Salary: 35,000 - 39,000 based on experienceHybrid working Contract type: Permanent Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday About the role:Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Provide expert HR advice to line managers on a wide range of HR topics, ensuring the effective resolution of employment issuesSupport both managers and employees in handling employee relations matters, offering guidance on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management, and fostering positive working relationshipsManage a diverse caseload of people-related issues, including onboarding, probationary assessments, grievances, absenteeism, performance management, and disciplinary mattersMaintain and monitor case records with precision, ensuring all documentation is up to dateAbout you: You will have the following experiences:Extensive experience in a similar role.Hold a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experienceExtensive experience advising and supporting managers on employment-related mattersLocal Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every ..... full job details .....
