We are looking to recruit a Head of Construction Sector, leading to Associate Director, then Equity Director role.With Pinnacle expanding, we are opening a new office in Waterloo, London, SE1, and this role is for the London office.To qualify, you should have experience managing within either a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk, with a proven track record of leading a team and being a successful biller within Residential and Construction Industries.The role involves managing the Building Construction and Residential Team at Pinnacle, comprising both Permanent and Temporary consultants. We seek a dedicated manager to help elevate Pinnacle Recruitment to the next level.Applicants must have a successful track record in headhunting staff and managing a desk within Building or Residential management.This is a unique and progressive opportunity within recruitment, offering a path from Head of Sector to Equity Director.The industry is results-oriented; to benefit from the rewards offered, you will need a successful desk alongside team management.
