This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to operational excellence.Day-to-Day of the Role:Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, ensuring all orders are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).Maintain accurate records and tracking of purchase orders, shipment ETAs, and delivery documentation.Coordinate effectively with Account Management, logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless order management and issue resolution.Oversee stock allocations and the order book process, proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks.Analyse supplier performance and manage post-delivery communications with couriers to ensure compliance.Provide administrative support across various departments and maintain up-to-date data in CRM systems.Act as a key operational link, facilitating clear communication between warehouse and sales teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in supply chain, operations, or a related administrative role.Excellent communication skills, capable of building effective relationships across all organisational levels.Strong multitasking ..... full job details .....
