Our client is a niche Chartered Surveying practice that seeks to appoint a new Head of Private Clients and Estate. The position will be based in London/South East, and will effectively be at Director level. You will work closely with our client''s parent company in the surveying aspect of large, complex, interesting and sensitive claims for high net worth individuals, whose property has suffered a loss. Most of the work arises in the South East, but you may be required to consult on losses elsewhere in the UK. A huge part of the role involves client relationships for the parent company ensuring that clients remain engaged. About you:Candidates must essentially be MRICS qualified, either from a building or quantity surveying background, with at least 5-10 years experience in an insurance claims environment and most likely loss adjusting. You should be comfortable dealing with a wide range of repair projects, regularly in excess of £1 million, in a pressurised but rewarding environment.
