Overview

We’re Bloom and Wild. We’re looking for a Senior or Lead Insight Analyst. The majority of the role is focused on analytical insight projects, with some time spent on reporting and foundational data projects. In a fast-paced environment, you will deliver insights and drive data-informed decisions across our marketing and commercial domains.Responsibilities

Collaborating with Business Partners: Build strong relationships with marketing and commercial stakeholders to understand needs and prioritise projects, translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical colleagues, and scope, shape and prioritise project briefs to achieve the greatest business value.Driving Analytical Insights: Lead a hypothesis-driven approach to answer critical business questions (e.g., profitability of marketing initiatives, churn and prevention for subscription customers, impact of brand campaigns on sales, and lifetime value of subscription customers). Identify suitable analytical solutions, perform ad hoc analyses using SQL, proactively uncover opportunities to optimise performance, and influence strategy with actionable insights. You may explore AI tools to speed up tasks.Building Foundational Data Products: Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for self-serve insights and develop robust data models using Snowflake and DBT to ensure data consistency and reliability across the organisation.You’ll love this role if you are…

Must havesProficient in SQL with hands-on experienceStrong problem solving and data QA skills, with experience debugging data models and outputsExperience delivering insights to drive business decisions in a commercial or marketing contextKnowledge of marketing and commercial KPIs such as LTV, ROI/ROAS, CAC/CPA, and conversion rateA proven track record of driving business impact through actionable insightsAbility to identify quick wins in a fast-paced environment while maintaining analytical best practicesExcellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teamsProactive team member who can balance multiple projectsExperience in a fast-paced e-commerce environmentNice to havesExperience with subscriptions and above-the-line marketing analyticsKnowledge of market mix modelling / MMM / econometricsExperience in a high growth DTC/B2C company or subscription product/serviceHands-on experience designing and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Looker or similar toolsBelonging @ Bloom and Wild
