You''ll contribute to the creation of engaging course content, tailored training solutions, and accredited qualifications that reflect the latest industry standards and best practices.The ideal candidate would be an experienced Fire and Security professional with strong technical knowledge—particularly in fire alarm systems—and a genuine passion for sharing expertise. They would bring a keen interest or proven experience in training and development, along with a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Home-based with travel involved. Working out of the Warrington office. Deliver engaging and high-impact training in Fire and Security disciplines across:Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (Design, Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance)CCTV / Video Surveillance SystemsIntruder and Hold-Up AlarmsAccess ControlDevelop and tailor training programmes and materials for face-to-face, remote, and blended delivery. Contribute to Skills On-Demand LMS and e-learning resources. Help audit and maintain training content to ensure industry compliance and quality standards. Assist with course accreditation, application processes for AO status, and the development of qualifications aligned with FireQual, EAL, and other frameworks.The person
