In this role, you will transform complex PandO, financial, and operational data into meaningful insights that shape our people strategy. By combining advanced data analysis with business acumen, you will support human capital planning, enhance the strategic use of metrics, and guide leaders across our business.You will play a key role in driving data quality, building models and forecasts, developing dashboards, and coaching the PandO community on how to leverage insights for impact.* **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or an equivalent mix of education and experience).* **Experience:** At least 5 years in HR reporting, HR analytics, or business/finance analytics.* **Data Storytelling:** Strong communicator with proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.* **Technical Expertise:** Expert-level proficiency in Excel. Skilled in data visualization best practices and standards for business users.
