Opus People Solutions are seeking an In-house Recruiter to join our RPO team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where sourcing and securing top talent is at the heart of what you do?We''re looking for a driven and experienced In-house Recruiter to lead recruitment activity, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and utilise a range of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment processes and the relationship-building skills needed to meet our clients'' staffing requirements.What will your day-to-day look like?You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, permanent blue-collar roles. This includes advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing offers. A key part of the role is developing proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers-understanding their needs, market trends, geographical challenges, and ensuring we consistently secure the best talent.What skills do we require?Proven experience in an in-house, high-volume recruitment role (ideally within Facilities Management or Blue Collar)Strong motivation and passion for recruitment and peopleA mindset for process improvement and innovative thinkingAbility to work independently under pressure, managing a varied workload in line with business ..... full job details .....
