Based in South ManchesterDescriptionKey responsibilities will include Employee Relations Management; Acting as the first point of contact for line managers on complex employee relations matters such as grievances, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts and advise on appropriate actions and support managers in handling sensitive issues, including absence management, conflict resolution, and workplace accommodations. You will Partner with line managers to address day-to-day HR issues and provide coaching on effective people management together with developing and deliver training on HR policies, best practices, and employee relations topics.
