Registered Manager - Home Care Location: Office basedSalary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annumHours: 40 hours per week (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) Home Instead is looking for an experienced, professional and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our service and ensure the highest standards of care, compliance and operational performance. About the Role As Registered Manager, you will be accountable to the Directors and responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the service. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing all aspects of the branch in line with CQC and regulatory requirements Ensuring safe, effective and high-quality care for all clients Overseeing scheduling to ensure all client calls are covered in advance Maintaining 24-hour service availability via an on-call rota Implementing systems to monitor quality and performance Managing the full care process from initial enquiry to ongoing service delivery Ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with Policies and Procedures Handling safeguarding concerns, complaints and incidents appropriately Building strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals Contributing to networking and business development activity People Management You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and ongoing development of all staff, ..... full job details .....
