Estates and Facilities Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Estates & Facilities Administrator to join our operations team to cover our homes in the South region of the UK.
The Estates & Facilities Administrator will be responsible for supporting the estates and facilities managers with operational administration, such as maintenance, health & safety and compliance of all homes. Ensuring that our homes are compliant with Health and Safety regulations in accordance to our regulatory body, Care Quality Commission standard for the safe operations of the Care Home whilst, maintaining the standards to ensure they are great places to live.
This role will be based in our Luton offices and may require occasional travel to our sites, including overnight stays and so flexibility is required in this role to meet the needs of the business.

Some of the things you''ll do in the role include:
- Support the team with all required administrative duties, i.e. analysis of data, filing paperwork, presentations etc.
- Keeping accurate records of all audits and scores and ensure these are undertaken and completed within the specified deadlines.
- Assist in the coordination on all matters relating to the provision of the FM services across the homes.
- Providing local site administrative services and coordinating a range of stakeholders such as external suppliers and contractors.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts including staff, members of the public, contractors, and suppliers.
- Carry out data entry ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
