Working closely with The Drawing Room team, you will uphold our renowned five-star service standards on the floor, leading a team of floor staff by example with discreet, attentive, and efficient service.With at least two years experience in a similar role, a deep knowledge of fine dining, and a natural leadership style, you will ensure that our guests expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
