Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they are now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Senior Health and Safety Advisor.The Role: As Senior Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in driving health, safety, and compliance standards across multiple fit-out projects. Working closely with project teams and senior management, you will ensure best practices are embedded throughout the business and that all works are delivered safely and in line with current legislation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and promote a positive health and safety culture across all projectsConduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsProvide expert advice and guidance to site teams and managementEnsure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policiesInvestigate incidents, produce reports, and implement corrective actionsDeliver training and toolbox talks where requiredSupport the development and continuous improvement of HandS proceduresRequirements:Proven experience in a senior HandS role within construction or fit-outStrong knowledge of UK health and safety legislationNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work across multiple sites and manage ..... full job details .....
