Position Summary:As the Wrap Around Care Venue Lead., your role is pivotal in providing effective leadership and management of the wrap around care program.Location: St Wilfred''s Primary School, LittlehamptonHours:15:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, term-time onlyYou are responsible for ensuring high-quality care, maintaining strong communication with various stakeholders, and adhering to company policies and standards.Key Responsibilities:Staff Support and Supervision:Provide comprehensive support and supervision to play workers and other staff, including volunteers.Foster a positive team environment through effective guidance, mentorship, and leadership.Manage a small team of playworkers, providing strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship.Organise effective communication through daily Huddles and the weekly LION (Last time, Issues, Opportunities, Next time) meeting structures.Conduct half-termly staff One2One meetings and performance reviews, providing feedback and setting clear objectives.Stakeholder Communication:Develop and maintain open and effective communication with all club members, schools, and parents, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
