The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of litigated EL/PL, casualty, disease, and personal/serious injury claims, working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Caseload Management Managing a varied caseload of litigated EL/PL, casualty, disease, and personal/serious injury claims from inception to resolution Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements Litigation Work Conducting investigations including evidence gathering, witness interviews, and liaison with medical and technical experts Drafting and reviewing pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other legal documentation Representing clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations Client Care and Advisory Providing clear, strategic legal advice to clients throughout the litigation ..... full job details .....
